It has remenants of some paint applied to the bowtie & red paint to the hankercheif, shoes are painted light brown. back of the base is french “GIGERL LIQUOR” On front of base are the letters “DEP.”. The top is a tophat glass acid etched frost finish.
The TopHat can be used for a "shot" glass as it is 4oz.
