Policy and Returns
100 Tons Of Stuff To Sell - 100tonsofstuff.com - Estate of Antiques Dealer Policy and Returns page.
It is our endeavour to describe all the items we sell to the best of or ability and take good quality photographs. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and to realize that all items on this site are antiques and/or used items. No items have been purchased for resale. All items come from a single estate of an antiques dealer or from their personal collection or their personal items. Some of the items are our own personal items. No items are new, no items may be "child safe" according to todays standards (although we survived just fine). You take responsibility as the buyer of any of these items of antiques or collectibles or old toys, etc. as to safety and further use or display in your home or office. We strongly suggest that the toys offered by 100tonsofstuff not be given to your children - even plush items have button eyes for instance - as these items are collectibles, not for children by today's standards. We will not be responsible for how these items are used or mis-used by you, the buyer.
RETURNS: You may return your item only after you have notified us. You must repackage the item in the same or as good as packaged including insurance and tracking at your expense. If the item arrives to us in the same condition as sent and packed, we will issue you a refund for the total amount you paid and ONE shipping. Some items are marked "as is" and may not be returned.
BREAKAGE: If your package arrives and the box is torn or broken and the item is broken or cracked, please take a couple of photos of the box and contents and send them to us by email. Since all items are insured, we will file a claim with the carrier and send the funds to you when we receive them.
LOSS: Sometimes a carrier looses an item. We include ourselves on the tracking sent to you and follow-up when a package has been sent to the wrong location or has been delayed or is actually lost by the carrier. We suggest waiting 2 weeks, especially if you are in a very rural area. In any case, we want to hear from you. We will follow-up with the carrier to determine where your package really is and when to expect delivery. If your package is really lost, we will file an insurance claim with the carrier and send you the funds.
SHIPPING: Please see our Shipping Page for further information.
Thank you for reading our Policy and Returns Agreement page.
